Agreement to Terms
By using the services of PoolPilotX Baldwin Park Pool Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before booking any service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
We provide professional pool cleaning and maintenance services in Baldwin Park, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include weekly pool cleaning, one-time deep cleaning, green pool treatment, filter cleaning and replacement, equipment repairs, tile cleaning, pool opening and closing, and pool inspections.
All services are performed by trained technicians using professional equipment. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or if the work requested is beyond the scope of our services.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We make every effort to arrive during the scheduled time window. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
For weekly service customers, if you need to skip a scheduled visit, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Recurring service contracts require 30 days written notice for cancellation.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For weekly service customers, payment is due monthly in advance or can be set up for automatic billing.
All prices quoted are estimates based on the information provided. Final charges may vary if conditions differ from what was described. You will be notified of any significant price changes before work begins.
Property Access
For regular service, you grant us permission to access your property during scheduled service times, even when you are not home. You are responsible for ensuring safe access to your pool area and for securing any pets that may interfere with service.
We will make every effort to secure gates and doors after service, but we are not responsible for pets that escape or for unauthorized entry by third parties after our visit.
Liability and Warranties
We carry liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. We stand behind the quality of our work and will address any service issues promptly. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, equipment failures due to age or wear, or damage caused by factors outside our control.
For equipment repairs and installations, we provide a warranty on labor for 30 days. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment. We are not responsible for consequential damages resulting from equipment failure or service delays.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining adequate water levels in your pool, ensuring the pool equipment is accessible, and notifying us of any known issues or concerns. You should also ensure that your pool equipment is in working order or inform us if repairs are needed.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
